Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation Task Force Female Police in Timika Celebrates 76th Anniversary with Community Service
Timika, August 29, 2024- In order to commemorate the 76th Anniversary of the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation, the female police who are members of the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation in the Timika region held a Community Service (Baksos) activity at the Mimika Peduli Kasih Foundation, Minabua Village, SP 2 Timika, Mimika Baru District, and the Yapeda Timika Orphanage, Wangirja Village, Mimika Baru District on Thursday, August 29, 2024.
This activity was attended by the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operations Kaminops, Sr. Comr. Pol. Irfa Asrul Hanafi, S.I.K., Head of Public Relations of the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation, Sr. Comr. Pol. Dr. Bayu Suseno, S.H., S.I.K., M.M., M.H., and Deputy Head of Public Relations Task Force for Peaceful Operations Cartenz-2024, Police Commissioner Yusuf Tauziri, S.I.K. and Policewomen for Peaceful Operations Cartenz-2024.
Head of Public Relations Task Force for Peaceful Operations Cartenz-2024, Police Commissioner Dr. Bayu Suseno, S.H., S.I.K., M.M., M.H., after the activity, when confirmed said that the theme of the 76th Anniversary of Indonesian Women’s Police this year is “Precision Women’s Police Support the Acceleration of Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Transformation Towards a Golden Indonesia”.
“The social service carried out by the Policewomen for Peaceful Operations Cartenz-2024 is a real implementation of the theme, with the aim of providing support to people in need,” said Police Commissioner Dr. Bayu Suseno.
He continued, in this social service activity, Polwan Ops Damai Cartenz-2024 distributed basic food packages to the residents of the Timika Care Foundation and the Yapeda Timika Orphanage. “It is hoped that this activity can help ease the burden on people in need and can support their economy.
In addition to providing material assistance, this social service activity also aims to strengthen the ties of friendship and brotherhood between Polwan and local residents.
Kombes Pol. Dr. Bayu Suseno, emphasized that good relations between the police and the community must continue to be strengthened, especially through activities that directly affect people’s lives.
The administrator of the Yapeda Timika Orphanage, Mr. Yoseph, on that occasion expressed his appreciation to Polwan Ops Damai Cartenz-2024 for the support given.
With this assistance, it is hoped that it can provide benefits for the residents of the Timika Care Foundation and the Yapeda Timika Orphanage.
