“Cartenz-2024 Peace OPS Assistance Task Force Builds a Temporary Bridge to Connect the Capital City of Paniai and Bibida District”

Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Assistance Task Force, built a temporary bridge to connect the road from the capital city of Paniai to Bibida district, precisely not far from the location where the public transportation driver was shot and burned on Tuesday, June 11 2024.

Meanwhile, Head of the Public Relations Task Force for OPS Damai Cartenz-2024, AKBP Dr. “Bayu Suseno, in his statement, also said that previously the bridge connecting the capital city of Paniai and Bibida district was damaged so that people’s travel was disrupted,” said the Head of the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Public Relations Task Force.

He continued, “Because of the damage to the bridge, we from the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Task Force through the aid task force have built a temporary bridge so that road access can be reopened and community activities can continue as usual.

AKBP Dr. Bayu Suseno added that the location of the bridge which was previously damaged was not far from the scene of the shooting and burning of a public transportation driver carried out by KKB Intan Jaya, led by Undius Kogoya on June 11 2024.”
