Polwan Ops Peace Cartenz-2024 in Jayapura: Shine the Light of the Golden Pearl of Papua Within the Framework of the Republic of Indonesia
Jayapura, 29 August 2024 – In the spirit of building a bright and harmonious future for Papua, Women Police (Polwan) who are members of the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation in Jayapura are showing their important role in strengthening relations between law enforcement officers and the community.
Through social action full of love, this policewoman is part of the effort to create a young generation of Papuans who are ready to face the future within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI).
This activity was carried out in commemoration of the 76th Anniversary of Policewomen by holding Social Services (Baksos) at two orphanages in Jayapura, namely the Muhammadiyah Abepura Orphanage and the Pelangi Abepura Orphanage.
On Thursday, August 29 2024, a warm atmosphere enveloped the two orphanages, with the presence of policewomen who brought a spirit of unity and togetherness.
Brigadier Nabila Tanati, a native Papuan policewoman who is also part of the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation, conveyed how important the role of policewomen is in building Papua’s future.
“Hopefully this activity can strengthen good relations between the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation Women Police and the community,” said Brigadier Nabila on the sidelines of the activity.
Brigadier Nabila also added that the touch of affection given to Papuan children was part of the shared responsibility in developing Papua as part of the Republic of Indonesia.
“Papua is our common home. “Let’s build our house without any differences in views, because we are one Indonesia,” he continued enthusiastically.
This social service activity not only reflects the dedication of policewomen in operational tasks, but also confirms their commitment to realizing a peaceful, prosperous and united Papua within the framework of the Republic of Indonesia.
The enthusiasm of the children in the two orphanages also added to the excitement of the activities, showing how important the presence of policewomen is in creating a sense of security and comfort in society.
Through the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation, policewomen not only carry out their duties as law enforcers, but also as protectors and guardians of society, especially in developing the young generation of Papua.
